Last updated: July 27, 2026
Introduction
ListFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome extension, website, and related services.
To use ListFlow, you must sign in with your Google account. By using ListFlow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Account Sign-In
ListFlow requires you to sign in with Google before you can use the extension. We use Google Sign-In to verify your identity and create your ListFlow account.
- Google Sign-In: When you sign in, Google authenticates you and shares basic profile information with ListFlow as permitted by your Google account settings
- What we receive from Google: Your email address and, if available, your name and profile picture
- What we do not receive: We do not receive or store your Google password
Google's use of your information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can review and manage the permissions you grant to ListFlow in your Google Account permissions.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we collect and store:
- Email address: Used to identify your account, provide support, and send important service-related communications
- Name and profile picture: If provided by Google, used to personalize your account experience
- Google account identifier: A unique ID from Google used to link your sign-in to your ListFlow account
Listing & Extension Data
Cross-listing still happens in your browser: product titles, descriptions, images, and prices are processed on your device to populate forms on supported marketplaces. Separately, we log crosslist actions to our servers for debugging and reliability.
- Listing data: Processed locally in your browser when you cross-list items to fill marketplace forms
- Crosslist action logs: Sent to our servers when you cross-list. Logs may include your account identifier or email, source and target platforms, timestamps, success or failure status, and related error or diagnostic details
- Platform preferences: Stored locally in your browser where applicable
- Extension settings: Saved locally in your browser storage where applicable
What We Do Not Collect
We Do Not Collect or Sell
- • Your Google password or marketplace passwords
- • Your marketplace login credentials
- • Your general browsing history outside ListFlow
- • Your personal data for sale to third parties
How We Use Information
Account & Authentication
We use your account information to:
- Create and manage your ListFlow account
- Authenticate you when you sign in with Google
- Respond to support requests and account-related inquiries
- Send important service updates, security notices, or policy changes related to your account
Extension Functionality
The extension uses your data to:
- Extract listing information from supported e-commerce platforms
- Populate forms on target platforms with your listing data
- Remember your platform preferences for future use
- Provide you with a seamless crosslisting experience
Debugging & Reliability
We use crosslist action logs to:
- Diagnose failures and improve cross-listing reliability
- Investigate support requests related to your account
- Monitor service health and fix bugs in the extension
These logs are used for debugging and product improvement. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to build a public inventory dashboard of your listings.
Data Security
How We Protect Data
Account data and crosslist action logs are stored securely on our servers. Form filling for cross-listing still runs locally in your browser.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- Secure authentication: Sign-in is handled through Google OAuth — we never see or store your Google password
- Encrypted connections: Data transmitted between your browser and our services uses HTTPS
- Local form filling: Listing content is processed in your browser to populate marketplace forms
- Server logs: Crosslist action logs are transmitted over HTTPS and stored for debugging
- Minimal permissions: The extension only requests permissions needed to function
Third-Party Services
Google Sign-In
We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. Google processes your sign-in according to its own privacy policy. We only receive the account information Google shares with us after you authorize access, such as your email address.
E-commerce Platforms
ListFlow integrates with the following platforms:
Important: We do not share your data with these platforms. The extension only helps you transfer your own listing data between platforms where you already have accounts.
Chrome Web Store
ListFlow is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Google may collect certain information as outlined in their Privacy Policy when you install or use the extension.
We do not have access to any information that Google may collect about your use of the Chrome Web Store or our extension through their platform.
Analytics and Usage Data
Our website may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use trylistflow.com. This may include anonymized or aggregated data such as pages visited, referral source, and general device or browser information.
Separately, the ListFlow extension sends crosslist action logs to our servers for debugging, as described above. Website analytics and extension debug logs are different systems.
You can learn more about how Google handles analytics data in Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide ListFlow and comply with legal obligations:
- Account data: Your email and account information are kept while your ListFlow account is active
- Crosslist action logs: Kept as long as needed for debugging, support, and reliability improvements, then deleted or anonymized
- Local browser storage: Extension preferences stored on your device remain until you clear them or uninstall the extension
- Account deletion: If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your account information and associated crosslist action logs within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law
Your Rights
Your Choices
You have the following rights regarding your information:
