ListFlow vs Vendoo: Which Crosslisting Tool Is Better?

ListFlow is a free Chrome extension that copies a listing from the marketplace page you already have open. Vendoo is a paid inventory dashboard with a mobile app, auto-delist, and 10+ marketplaces. They solve overlapping jobs — crosslisting — with different products.

Information checked August 2026. Vendoo prices from their February 2026 pricing explainer.

Quick answer

Choose ListFlow if you want 1-click crosslisting with no monthly fee and you will take sold items down yourself.

Choose Vendoo if you want one catalog, listing from a phone, sale detection, and auto-delist — and $14.99–$59.99/month is acceptable.

Pricing

ListFlow is a free Chrome extension. There is no subscription tier.

Vendoo: Starter $14.99, Growth $29.99, Pro $59.99 per month; yearly about $12.49 / $24.99 / $49.99 per month billed annually. Every listed plan includes unlimited items and all marketplaces. Growth adds AI listing help and bulk actions; Pro adds auto offers and marketplace sharing. Source: Vendoo pricing explainer.

Supported marketplaces

ListFlow: Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Vinted, Grailed.

Vendoo: 10+ marketplaces on every plan (vendor). Sale detection is listed for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Whatnot. ListFlow does not support Whatnot.

Crosslisting workflow

ListFlow starts on a live listing: the extension shows an icon, you select marketplaces, and you click Crosslist. Vendoo starts in its catalog: create or import there, then crosspost and keep inventory in sync. Vendoo is more steps if you only needed in-page crosslisting; it is fewer steps if you live in a spreadsheet of SKUs.

Listing creation

ListFlow does not replace writing a first listing. It copies title, photos, description, price, and attributes from a listing you already posted. Vendoo includes templates, photo tools, and (on Growth+) AI listing enhancement so you can build items inside Vendoo first.

Inventory management

Vendoo stores inventory, analytics, delist & relist, and stale-listing reminders. ListFlow has no catalog. Crosslist actions are logged for debugging (see the privacy policy). If you need a single source of truth for stock, Vendoo wins this category outright.

Automation

Vendoo includes sale detection and automatic delisting on listed plans; Pro adds auto send offers and marketplace sharing. ListFlow has no closet-sharing bot, no auto-offers, and no auto-delist.

Ease of use

ListFlow is smaller: install, Google sign-in, click from a listing. Vendoo is a full app — more power and more to learn, plus a 14-day trial with a card on file.

Chrome extension / browser workflow

ListFlow is the Chrome extension. Vendoo is used mainly as a web dashboard and mobile app; you do not need ListFlow’s “stay on the marketplace tab” model. People searching “Vendoo Chrome extension” are often looking for in-page posting — that is ListFlow’s model, not Vendoo’s.

Free plan / trial

ListFlow has no paid plan today. Vendoo’s 14-day trial uses a payment method and converts unless you cancel. There is no long-term free Vendoo tier described on that explainer.

Who ListFlow is best for

  • Sellers who already list on one site and want to copy that listing elsewhere
  • People who do not want a monthly inventory subscription

  • Anyone listing from a phone
  • Shops that want templates, analytics, and (on higher plans) bulk/AI/sharing

Final recommendation

Pick ListFlow when the job is “copy this live listing to other sites” and you will manage sold items yourself. Pick Vendoo when the job is “run a multi-channel closet from one dashboard.” Neither is universally better.
