Free Crosslisting Tool

ListFlow is a free crosslisting tool for resellers: a Chrome extension that copies a listing you already posted and sends title, photos, description, price, and attributes to other supported marketplaces. There is no monthly fee and no credit card as of August 2026. It is not a free trial of Crosslist or other paid dashboards.

Information checked August 2026.

What free crosslisting means

“Free cross listing” usually means you can post the same item to more than one marketplace without paying a crosslisting subscription. Marketplace selling fees (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and the rest) still apply. Those are charged by the sites you sell on, not by ListFlow.

Searches like “crosslist free,” “is Crosslist free,” and “crosslist free trial” often mix two things: the Crosslist app (paid) and a free crosslister in general. This page is the second. For the first, see Crosslist alternatives and ListFlow vs Crosslist.

What ListFlow’s free version includes

  • Chrome extension, Google sign-in, no monthly plan
  • Icon on live listings: click it, select marketplaces, click Crosslist
  • Eight marketplaces: Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Vinted, Grailed
  • No credit card to install

Free limitations

Free here means no ListFlow subscription. It does not mean a full inventory suite. Limits as of August 2026:

  • Desktop Google Chrome only — no iOS/Android listing app
  • No inventory dashboard, bulk catalog, or CSV import
  • No auto-delist when an item sells
  • No Poshmark closet sharing, auto-offers, or follow bots
  • Eight marketplaces, not 10+ / 11+
  • Google sign-in required; crosslist actions are logged for debugging

If you need those paid features, a dashboard such as Vendoo, Crosslist, List Perfectly, or Flyp is the better fit — not a hidden ListFlow upgrade. ListFlow has no paid tier to “unlock” today.

Supported marketplaces

ListFlow supports Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Vinted, and Grailed. It does not support Shopify, Whatnot, or Vestiaire Collective. Do not assume a marketplace is included unless it is in that list.

How it works

  1. Install ListFlow from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with Google.
  2. Open a live listing. ListFlow shows an icon on the page.
  3. Click the icon, select the marketplaces you want to crosslist onto, and click Crosslist.

You still need a live listing to start from. ListFlow does not create the original item from a blank form. More on the homepage how-it-works section.

How much time it can save

The time you save is the retyping: photos, title, description, and price on each extra site. How much that is depends on how many items you list and how picky each marketplace form is. We do not publish a made-up “95% faster” or hours-saved statistic.

If you list one item on two sites, the gain is small. If you copy the same closet across five channels, the copy step adds up. Auto-delist and bulk catalog tools in paid apps can save a different kind of time that ListFlow does not.

Free vs paid comparison
