Crosslist to Etsy
Etsy is ListFlow’s handmade and vintage destination among eight marketplaces. On a live listing, ListFlow shows an icon — click it, select Etsy (or other sites), and click Crosslist. It does not create an Etsy shop for you, does not manage Offsite Ads, and does not auto-delist when the item sells elsewhere.
Information checked August 2026. Only capabilities ListFlow actually ships are described here.

Etsy is a shop: you open a seller account, list items that fit handmade, vintage, or craft-supply rules, and pay stacked fees. On our US calculator (not an Etsy official tool, last checked August 2026): $0.20 per listing (renews about every four months), a 6.5% transaction fee, and 3% + $0.25 payment processing on order value — item, buyer-paid shipping, tax, and add-ons.
Offsite Ads can add 15% (shops under $10k trailing revenue, optional) or 12% (shops at $10k+, required) when a sale comes from an Etsy ad click. Confirm live rates on Etsy’s Fees & Payments Policy before you price a copied listing.
How ListFlow works with Etsy
On a live listing in desktop Chrome — Etsy or another supported site — ListFlow shows an icon. Click it, select the marketplaces you want (including Etsy), and click Crosslist. You still write the first listing yourself.
ListFlow does not set shipping profiles, production partners, or Offsite Ads. It does not store an Etsy catalog or end the listing when it sells on Mercari.
Crosslisting workflow
- Install ListFlow in desktop Chrome and sign in with Google.
- Open a live listing. ListFlow shows an icon on the page.
- Click the icon, select the marketplaces you want to crosslist onto, and click Crosslist.
If the same item sells on another site, deactivate or delete the Etsy listing yourself. ListFlow does not auto-delist.
More on the homepage how-it-works section and the free crosslisting tool page (limits included).
Listing requirements
Etsy needs photos, a title, a description, a price, a category, and a shipping profile tied to your shop. A copied Poshmark post will not include your Etsy shipping profile. You attach that on Etsy’s form.
Policy matters more here than on some resale apps. If the item is not handmade, vintage (typically 20+ years), or a craft supply, do not publish the copy. ListFlow will not override Etsy’s listing rules.
Common seller problems
- Stacked fees are higher than Mercari’s 10% — use the Etsy fee calculator before you match a Poshmark price.
- Offsite Ads can take another 12–15% on ad-attributed orders; ListFlow does not toggle that.
- A closet listing that is allowed on Poshmark may still fail Etsy’s handmade/vintage rules.
- No auto-delist when the same item sells on eBay or Mercari.
Etsy fee calculator
The Etsy fee calculator estimates US listing, transaction, payment processing, optional Offsite Ads, and net profit. It is an unofficial estimate — confirm on Etsy.
If you need a paid dashboard instead
ListFlow will not auto-delist an Etsy sale across other sites, will not give you a mobile listing app, and will not store a catalog. If that is the job, compare paid tools:
