Depop

Crosslist to Depop

Depop is a common extra channel for vintage and streetwear. On a live listing, ListFlow shows an icon — click it, select Depop (or other sites), and click Crosslist. It does not boost listings, does not run the Depop app, and does not auto-delist sold items.

Information checked August 2026. Only capabilities ListFlow actually ships are described here.

How selling on Depop works

Depop seller fees depend on country. On our calculator (not a Depop official tool): US and UK sellers have no marketplace commission on those listings, but payment processing still applies; Australia still models a 10% commission plus processing. Boosted listings add a separate percentage only if the boosted item sells.

Do not assume every region is “no commission.” Check Depop seller fees and the Depop fee calculator.

How ListFlow works with Depop

ListFlow runs in desktop Chrome. On a live Depop listing (or another supported listing), it shows an icon. Click it, select the marketplaces you want, and click Crosslist. Hashtags, boosts, and in-app styling are Depop’s, not ListFlow’s.

There is no ListFlow iOS listing app. If you only list from the Depop phone app, you still need Chrome on a computer for the extension.

Crosslisting workflow

  1. Install ListFlow and sign in with Google on desktop Chrome.
  2. Open a live listing. ListFlow shows an icon on the page.
  3. Click the icon, select the marketplaces you want to crosslist onto, and click Crosslist.

More on the homepage how-it-works section and the free crosslisting tool page (limits included).

Listing requirements

Depop wants photos, a description, price, and typical garment fields. A copied Poshmark title may still need Depop’s category or source (vintage vs new). ListFlow does not invent hashtags.

Depop’s prohibited list and photo rules apply. A copied stock photo that Poshmark allowed might still fail Depop’s checks.

Common seller problems

  • US “no commission” still leaves payment processing — run the Depop fee calculator before you match a Mercari price.
  • Boosted fees are extra and only if that boosted item sells.
  • Desktop-only extension vs Depop’s mobile-first culture: you copy on a computer.
  • No auto-delist when the same hoodie sells on Mercari.

Depop fee calculator

The Depop fee calculator covers US, UK, and Australia processing, optional commission, and boosted listing fees. Confirm live Depop rates in your country.

If you need a paid dashboard instead

ListFlow will not auto-delist a Depop sale across other sites, will not give you a mobile listing app, and will not store a catalog. If that is the job, compare paid tools:

Frequently asked questions

No. Boosting is Depop’s paid promotion. ListFlow only copies listing fields between sites.
For US and UK new listings, our calculator models no marketplace commission but still models payment processing. Australia still includes 10% commission in that tool. Confirm on Depop.
