Crosslist to Facebook Marketplace

Facebook Marketplace is ListFlow’s local-plus-shipping channel. On a live listing, ListFlow shows an icon — click it, select Facebook Marketplace (or other sites), and click Crosslist. It is not Facebook Shops, not Instagram Checkout, and not a Facebook fee calculator.

Information checked August 2026. Only capabilities ListFlow actually ships are described here.

How selling on Facebook Marketplace works

Marketplace listings are often free for individuals in many regions, with extra cost if you use shipping, checkout, or business tools Facebook offers. Those programs change. Confirm in Marketplace — this page will not invent a Facebook seller-fee percentage.

There is no /tools/facebook-marketplace-fee-calculator/ on this site. We did not add one in the calculator phase because we will not publish a tool with unverified Facebook fee math.

How ListFlow works with Facebook Marketplace

On a live listing in desktop Chrome — Facebook Marketplace or another supported site — ListFlow shows an icon. Click it, select the marketplaces you want (including Facebook Marketplace), and click Crosslist. Location, condition, and shipping vs pickup are still Facebook form fields you should review.

ListFlow does not post to Facebook Groups for you, does not boost Marketplace ads, and does not sync inventory when an item sells on eBay.

Crosslisting workflow

  1. Install ListFlow in desktop Chrome and sign in with Google.
  2. Open a live listing. ListFlow shows an icon on the page.
  3. Click the icon, select the marketplaces you want to crosslist onto, and click Crosslist.

When the item sells, mark it pending or delete it on other sites yourself. ListFlow will not do that.

More on the homepage how-it-works section and the free crosslisting tool page (limits included).

Listing requirements

Marketplace wants photos, a title, a price, a location, and a category. A copied Poshmark listing will not include your Facebook location. You add that. Shipping vs local pickup is a Facebook choice, not a ListFlow default we document as automatic.

Commerce policies and prohibited items are Meta’s. Do not publish a copied listing that Marketplace does not allow.

Common seller problems

  • Local-only listings copied from national Poshmark/eBay posts need a real location and shipping decision.
  • No Facebook Marketplace fee calculator here — do not treat Mercari 10% as a Facebook fee.
  • No auto-delist when the same item sells on Mercari.
  • Desktop Chrome extension vs posting from the Facebook phone app: ListFlow needs the computer browser.

Fees and related calculators

We do not offer a Facebook Marketplace fee calculator. For other marketplaces you also sell on, use Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, or Depop. Confirm any Marketplace checkout or shipping charges in Facebook.

If you need a paid dashboard instead

ListFlow will not auto-delist a Facebook Marketplace sale across other sites, will not give you a mobile listing app, and will not store a catalog. If that is the job, compare paid tools:
