How selling on Grailed works

Grailed is a resale catalog for designer and streetwear, especially menswear. Sellers list with photos, measurements, and condition; buyers pay through Grailed’s checkout. Seller and buyer fees are set by Grailed, not by ListFlow.

We do not publish a Grailed fee calculator. Do not treat Mercari’s 10% or Poshmark’s 20% as a Grailed rate. Confirm current fees on Grailed before you price a copied listing.

How ListFlow works with Grailed

On a live listing in desktop Chrome — Grailed or another supported site — ListFlow shows an icon. Click it, select the marketplaces you want (including Grailed), and click Crosslist. Category, department, and size charts on Grailed often still need a pass on their form.

ListFlow does not authenticate items, does not boost Grailed listings, and does not remove the listing when it sells on Depop or eBay.

Crosslisting workflow

1. Install ListFlow in desktop Chrome and sign in with Google.
2. Open a live listing. ListFlow shows an icon on the page.
3. Click the icon, select the marketplaces you want to crosslist onto, and click Crosslist.

If Grailed requires authentication for that item, follow Grailed — ListFlow does not submit that for you.

Listing requirements

Grailed expects photos, a description, a price, and catalog fields (designer, category, size). A copied Poshmark title may not map to Grailed’s designer list. Measurements that serious Grailed buyers expect are yours to add if the source listing did not have them.

Women’s or home items copied from another closet may not belong on Grailed. Publish only what Grailed’s catalog allows.

Common seller problems

• No Grailed fee calculator on this site — confirm fees on Grailed, not from another marketplace’s rate.
• Designer and size mismatches when copying from Poshmark or Mercari.
• Authentication or higher-end listing rules are Grailed’s, not ListFlow’s.
• No auto-delist when the same piece sells on eBay or Depop.

Fees and related calculators

There is no Grailed fee calculator URL on ListFlow. For other channels you sell on, use the Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, or Etsy calculators. Do not treat those numbers as Grailed fees.

If you need a paid dashboard instead

ListFlow will not auto-delist a Grailed sale across other sites, will not give you a mobile listing app, and will not store a catalog. If that is the job, compare paid tools:
